At OgyCollection US Store, we take great care to ensure that your handmade products arrive safely and on time. Below you’ll find our updated shipping rules, fees and estimated delivery windows.
1. Order processing time
Orders are processed (picked, packed and prepared for shipment) within the timeframes shown in the table below. Processing times are business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 16:00 will be treated as received the next business day.

Notes: 1) All fees are charged in USD at checkout. 2) Some remote regions or islands may incur additional carrier surcharges — if applicable we will notify you before shipping. 3) Customs, duties or local taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.
3. Shipping methods and carriers
We use reliable carriers depending on the destination (e.g., DHL, Hermes, DPD, international postal services or commercial carriers). The chosen carrier depends on the parcel size/weight and your delivery address.
4. Shipping costs (summary)
Standard shipping fee for both domestic (United Kingdom) and the listed international regions is a fixed $29. Orders of $60 or more qualify for free shipping (automatic at checkout).
5. Shipping address
Please ensure the delivery address you provide is complete and correct. We accept no responsibility for delays or incorrect deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information. If you notice an error in the delivery address after placing your order, contact us immediately:

6. Shipment tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation e‑mail with a tracking number and tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.
7. Shipping delays
Occasionally delays occur due to high demand, weather, customs inspections or carrier disruptions. If your shipment is delayed, first check the tracking link and then contact us if the parcel does not move for several days.
8. Damaged or lost items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@ogycollection.us. Include photos of the damage and the packaging. We will assist with a claim to the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If a parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbours or local post offices and contact the carrier. If the parcel remains missing, contact us immediately.
